The Dutch international is beginning to find his best form again for current club Roma after a sustained spell out with a knee injury.
And despite signing a new long-term contract at the end of last season, Calciomercato are reporting that Juventus are ready to rekindle their interest in the 27-year-old.
Both Everton and Manchester United have been linked with the creative midfielder in the past but Strootman has so far snubbed any potential move to England.
The Dutchman has featured in seven of Roma’s matches so far in all competitions and has earned rave reviews for his performances this season.
